SoKY Ice Rink preparing to open for second season

The SoKY ice rink will be open for its second season starting Friday, November 17.
Those with Warren County Parks and Rec tell us this year's rink will be bigger and wider than last year and they'll hold special events including a New Year's Eve bash.
It'll be in the SoKY Marketplace Pavilion once again.
