BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- He graduated from WKU in 1981. Ten years later he opened his first restaurant in Hilton Head. And just three years ago, for all he had done for his alma mater, WKU named its alumni center after him.
Dale is already planning more restaurants in Bowling Green, as well as elsewhere in Kentucky and beyond. He's also starting a non-profit called Cooking for a Cause" to help feed those less fortunate.
