BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- A purse and TV are stolen in a Bowling Green robbery. Police say four men stole a 55-inch TV from Vernon Lee, and a purse from Tina Bishop.

They say the robbery occurred when one of the men pointed a sawed-off shotgun at Bishop in the alley behind the Hummingbird Apartments on Clay Street just before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers say none of the tenants in the apartments saw or knew anything about the robbery.
