SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) -- Two years ago, on November 14, Gabbi Doolin was raped and murdered behind the ball fields at the Allen County Scottsville High School.
The 7-year-old was reported missing on November 14, 2015 at 7:40 p.m to the Scottsville Police Department while at a football game at the high school.
Doolin's body was eventually found 25 minutes later in a creek in a wooded area behind the fields.
On November 20, 38-year-old Timothy Madden was arrested and charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy and murder.
Fast forward to 2017 and Madden is currently in jail for the alleged murder of Gabbi Doolin.
Madden's attorney has asked the judge for a change of venue.
All hearing's leading up to the trial will be in Allen County.
He is set to make another court appearance this Friday, November 17.
