We avoided much of any severe weather across the area today, but strong winds are still the big story. A Wind Advisory remains in effect for all of coverage area until 10 PM tonight. As this systems move out, we enter a dry period with a mix of sun and clouds heading into the weekend, but it will still be breezy. Highs on Friday and this weekend look to cool down to more seasonable temperatures into the low to mid 50s, with overnight lows in the upper 20s to near freezing. The next chance for rain looks to be a chance of showers Wednesday night into Thursday.
