Winds picked up but temperatures stayed on the mild side in the lower 70's on Wednesday. These warm temperatures and strong wind comes ahead of our next storm system that moves in on Thursday. Some thunderstorms move in in the predawn hours but the best chance for severe weather move in into the afternoon. If we get sunshine during the day we could see that severe chance increase but if showers dominate much of the morning the instability will decrease. Look for gusty damaging winds, possible hail, and an isolated tornado can not be ruled out. After this system we dry out into the weekend with seasonable temperatures.
