William Carroll and Kassidy Phelps

William Carroll
Hart County High School
On his way to becoming a Speech Therapist, William has earned a 24 on his ACT and maintains a 4.0 GPA as a junior in high school. He plans to attend college and pursue a degree in Communication and Speech Disorders. William is the FBLA vice president and regional reporter as well as the Hart County High School Band vice president and section leader. He is also an active member of his church and participates in the choir and hand bell choir there.

Kassidy Phelps
Cumberland County High School
As a junior, Kassidy maintains a 3.9 GPA and has scored a 23 on her ACT. While unsure of her exact path, Kassidy knows she would like to pursue something in the arts after high school: potentially acting, visual arts, or music. Kassidy is involved in many extracurricular activities including her school marching band, Beta Club, FBLA, FCA, and Student Learning Technology Program. She is also an involved member of her church and values spending time with family and friends.
