Apple “Club Sandwiches”


Makes 2-3

1 red skinned apple
1 green skinned apple

peanut butter

instant oatmeal

lemon juice


Turn the apple on its side. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4 inch slices. Repeat with the other apple. Place the apples in a dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Each sandwich will consist of 3 slices. 2 red and 1 green, and 2 green and 1 red, etc.

Take a slice of apple and spread with peanut butter and top with a few raisins.
Top with another slice of apple. Spread that slice with the Nutella and sprinkle with
some of the oatmeal. Finally, top with another slice of apple. Using a 1 1/4 inch cookie cutter, cut out the center of the apples and enjoy. Repeat with other slices.
