Tomato and Feta Salad


6 roma tomatoes
4 oz. feta cheese
¼ cup Greek vinaigrette
½ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup chopped red onion
2 T chopped parsley


Mix dressing and parsley. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Serve as a side dish or on a bed of lettuce.
