Cilantro Vinaigrette


1 cup Red wine vinegar

4 oz Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Lime juice

1 tsp Thyme

2 tsp Sugar

¼ cup Cold water

16 oz Soy bean oil

½ oz Carrot, shredded

¼ oz Cilantro, chopped


1. Mix the vinegar, Dijon mustard, lime juice, thyme, sugar and water in a large mixing bowl

2. Whisk in soy bean oil until completed incorporated

3. Add shredded carrots and cilantro
