Mexi-Cobb Salad


2 bags Mixed Lettuce

2 Round tomatoes, diced

2 Anaheim chile peppers, roasted and diced

4 oz Mixed cheese, Jack and Cheddar

4 oz Jack cheese

12 oz Chicken, roasted and pulled


1. Evenly divide lettuce into four salad bowls

2. Dice tomatoes, roasted peppers

3. Add tomatoes, peppers, cheesed and chicken to the top of the lettuce is vertical stripes
