1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup, not diluted
1/2 lb. noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 can mushrooms
salt & pepper to taste


Brown hamburger, sausage, and onion.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomato soup and mix well.
Cook noodles and drain.
Add noodles to meat mixture along with cheese and mushrooms.
Stir thoroughly. Put in 9x13 casserole and bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles and browns.

This may be made ahead and frozen before baking. Be
sure to thaw before baking.
