LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) --- Tyler Herro scored 24 points and Keldon Johnson added 15 points and seven rebounds to lead 16th-ranked Kentucky to a 71-58 victory over in-state rival Louisville on Saturday at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville.
The victory improves the Wildcats season to record to 10-2.
Ashton Hagans added 11 points and three steals for the Wildcats as the visitors went on an 11-0 run in the first half to give the Wildcats a 31-17 lead late in the first half.
A three-point field goal by Herro with 13:39 remaining in the first half gave the Wildcats the lead for good.
Louisville, which lost at home for the first time in nine games this season, is now 9-4 overall.
