Not enough offense for the Hilltoppers, falls to rival MTSU

Western Kentucky failed to generate much on offense and fell 29-10 to rival Middle Tennessee State at Johnny “Red” Floyd Stadium Friday.

The Hilltoppers (1-8, 0-5 CUSA) have now lost 5 in a row and 10 of their 11 games dating back to last season.

WKU is on the road 4 p.m. next Saturday to face defending Conference USA champion Florida Atlantic (3-5, 1-3 CUSA).
