ProRehab's Countdown to Kickoff: Grayson County Cougars

Leitchfield, Ky. (WBKO) --- The Grayson County Cougars head into the upcoming season after finishing last year with a solid record of 8-4.

This season will feature new challenges for the Cougars, as Grayson County has mover from 5A District 2 to 5A District 1. However, the team is optimistic and looking forward to the upcoming season.

Cougars head coach Jerome Smart said his team is working to be the best they can be and are working on all areas of the game.

Senior defensive end, Ryan Mode, said the Cougars have some tough opponents in their schedule but can still succeed overall.

Fellow senior Hunter Pendergest said he wants this years team to carry over the same intensity as last year's group.
