Why did United Way decide to invest in an awareness campaign for kindergarten readiness?
United Way’s Kindergarten Readiness Awareness Campaign was designed to support United Way’s Big Bold Goal of increasing Kindergarten Readiness Scores to 75% by the year 2020 (scores currently hover around 50% in Southern Kentucky – that means half of our local kids are entering kindergarten on day one NOT PREPARED to succeed!).
