Bowling Green man charged for vandalism, burglary at Warren County Health Department; stalking employee
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - A Bowling Green man is facing a slew of charges after Kentucky State Police launched an investigation into a number of alleged crimes across multiple counties.
At approximately 11 p.m. on Oct. 31., KSP Post 3 received a call about a series of vandalisms and a burglary at the Warren County Health Department, according to a release.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the Health Department had been vandalized using paint. During the investigation, Health Department staff advised that one of their employees was also being harassed.
Timothy Russell, 40, was then arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.
It was later found that Russell had allegedly been observed outside of the employee’s residence in Glasgow. He was additionally charged with first-degree stalking, third-degree arson (attempt), intimidating a participant in the legal process and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Russell was lodged in the Warren County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
